Aya Art of Aerial is a welcoming space where yoga, aerial movement, creativity, and personal growth come together. At Aya Art of Aerial, students can explore enjoyable ways to improve flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness while learning at a comfortable pace. Our approach is designed for people with different experience levels, whether they are discovering aerial movement for the first time or looking to add something fresh to their routine. We believe movement should feel positive, engaging, and rewarding rather than stressful or competitive. With a supportive community and a focus on personal progress, Aya Art of Aerial encourages students to try new skills, build confidence, and enjoy a meaningful wellness journey through creative movement and mindful practice.
